Hair Salon Design – Maximizing Space Through Custom Design Solutions

This project involved the interior design and planning of a hair salon that required a careful balance between operational efficiency and a refined customer experience. One of the main challenges was maximizing the available floor area to accommodate the greatest possible number of workstations, waiting areas, and service functions while maintaining a comfortable and visually appealing environment.

The design process focused on creating a highly efficient workspace that supports daily operations while preserving a sense of openness, organization, and comfort. Every area of the salon was carefully planned to make the most of the available space without compromising the customer experience or the overall quality of the interior.

One of the project's most distinctive features is the main mirror wall, designed as both a functional and architectural focal point. The wall was clad with custom three-dimensional Corian panels specially manufactured for the project. The material, texture, and depth of the installation create a striking visual feature that gives the salon a unique identity.

The mirrors themselves were custom-fabricated using precision CNC cutting based on designs created specifically for the project. Selected areas of the mirrors incorporate transparent sections that allow concealed lighting to become part of the composition, creating depth, visual interest, and a sophisticated atmosphere. The combination of lighting, custom mirrors, and three-dimensional wall cladding transforms the workstation area into one of the salon's defining design elements.

This project demonstrates how thoughtful space planning, innovative materials, and custom detailing can transform a hair salon into a professional, efficient, and visually distinctive environment that enhances the experience of both clients and staff.
