Asian Wok Restaurant Design in Tel Aviv

This project involved the interior design of an Asian wok restaurant located in the Herzl–Rothschild district of Tel Aviv. The restaurant combines Thai and Japanese culinary influences, offering a contemporary dining experience in one of the city's most vibrant urban areas.

The design concept was inspired by Asian culture and incorporates colors, symbols, and graphic elements associated with the traditions of the Far East. Materials, lighting, and architectural details were carefully selected to create a distinctive atmosphere that balances authentic Asian influences with a modern urban aesthetic.

One of the project's defining features is its semi-open kitchen concept. Rather than fully exposing the kitchen to the dining area, a custom-designed graphic partition was created using Japanese typography and visual elements developed specifically for the restaurant. This solution allows guests to glimpse the kitchen and food preparation process while maintaining a refined and carefully controlled visual experience.

The combination of interior design, custom graphics, and selective transparency creates a unique identity for the restaurant, strengthening the connection between the culinary concept and the overall dining experience.
