Private Residence Renovation – Complete Redesign of a Three-Story Home

This project involved the complete renovation and redesign of a private residence, including a comprehensive rethinking of the home's layout, circulation, and functionality. The objective was to adapt the property to the evolving needs of the family while creating a contemporary, functional, and highly personalized living environment.

The project included the redesign of all three levels of the house, from the reconfiguration of interior spaces to the detailed planning of infrastructure, lighting, custom millwork, and finish materials. Every area of the home was carefully reconsidered to improve spatial flow, enhance the sense of openness, and create a more comfortable and efficient living experience.

The interior design process focused on developing a cohesive design language throughout the residence, combining aesthetics, functionality, and everyday practicality. Materials, lighting fixtures, furniture, and decorative elements were selected to create a home with a distinctive identity tailored to the lifestyle and preferences of its owners.

As an integral part of the project, furniture, lighting fixtures, finish materials, sanitary ware, and decorative accessories were sourced directly from China. This process allowed for greater customization, access to a wider range of design solutions, and efficient budget management while maintaining the project's overall design vision.

This project demonstrates the value of a comprehensive design approach that integrates interior architecture, space planning, material selection, and international sourcing to create a harmonious and fully customized home.
