Luxury Holiday Apartments – Villa Albi

Following the success of the Villa Albi project, the client expanded his hospitality portfolio by acquiring several additional apartments located near the hotel. The goal was to create a complementary accommodation experience that would offer guests greater flexibility while maintaining the distinctive character and design identity of the Villa Albi brand.

The apartments were planned and designed as luxury holiday residences, combining comfort, functionality, and a warm residential atmosphere. The design process was based on extending and refining the visual language established in Villa Albi, while adapting it to the unique requirements of serviced apartments and contemporary hospitality.

Materials, color palettes, lighting design, and custom millwork were carefully selected to create a strong connection between the apartments and the existing hospitality concept, while giving each unit its own individual character. The result is an elegant and welcoming guest experience that combines the comfort of home with the standards of a boutique hospitality environment.

This project demonstrates the value of creating a consistent design language across hospitality properties, strengthening brand identity while providing guests with a cohesive and memorable experience throughout their stay.
