Iconic Hotel – Boutique Hotel Design in the Heart of Tel Aviv
ICONIC EXPERIENCE IN AN ICONIC ENVIRONMENT

Located in the heart of Tel Aviv, near Habima Square and the Tel Aviv Cinematheque, Iconic Hotel sits within one of the city's most vibrant cultural districts. Surrounded by historic buildings, renowned cultural institutions, restaurants, cafés, and iconic local landmarks, the hotel was conceived as a hospitality experience that celebrates the unique character of its surroundings and tells the story of the city through design.

The design concept was developed around the name Iconic, created by the branding agency Studio Craft. From this name emerged a complete design language inspired by Tel Aviv's iconic architecture, legendary culinary and cultural institutions, and the people, moments, and symbols that have shaped both local and international culture.

The interior design combines contemporary graphic elements with timeless materials and finishes. A custom icon system developed as part of the hotel's branding was integrated throughout the property, becoming a key design feature. These icons appear in corridor wallcoverings, guest room feature walls, three-dimensional lobby elements, and various architectural details across the hotel. The result is a cohesive visual identity that accompanies guests throughout their stay.

The guest rooms were designed to provide an intimate and comfortable hospitality experience while making the most of their compact footprint. Through careful space planning and smart design solutions, each room offers functionality, comfort, and a distinctive atmosphere that reflects the overall identity of the hotel.

One of the project's most distinctive features is the location of the lobby on the fifth-floor rooftop level. Adjacent to the lobby is a spacious terrace overlooking the city, offering guests a unique perspective of Tel Aviv. This elevated social space serves as a place for relaxation, conversation, and connection, bringing together visitors and the vibrant urban environment that surrounds them.

The hotel's location places guests within walking distance of some of Tel Aviv's most beloved cultural venues, restaurants, cafés, and historic bakeries. Rather than separating visitors from the city, the design embraces its surroundings and creates a natural connection between the hotel and the urban fabric of Tel Aviv.
