Luxury Apartment at Park Bavli – A Personalized Design Reflecting the People Who Live There
Located on the 35th floor of one of the prestigious residential towers in Tel Aviv’s Park Bavli development, this luxury apartment enjoys breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline and the Mediterranean Sea. The design was created to reflect the personality, lifestyle, and aspirations of its owners, resulting in a home that is both elegant and deeply personal.
The project evolved through an exceptional collaboration with the client, who was fully involved in every stage of the planning and design process. From the initial concept development and space planning to the selection of materials, colors, and decorative details, every decision was shaped through an open and meaningful dialogue. The result was a fascinating creative journey in which each choice contributed to creating a home with a unique identity and character.
One of the project's most distinctive features is the use of artistic wall finishes in selected areas of the apartment. This design element did not originate solely from my own design vision, but rather from the client’s personal preferences and creative direction. To me, this represents one of the most rewarding aspects of interior design—the ability to listen, understand, and translate a client’s world into a physical environment. When the process is truly collaborative, the result is a home that reflects the people who live in it rather than the designer behind it.
The overall design combines contemporary elegance with carefully selected classical influences, premium materials, and a warm residential atmosphere. The public areas were planned to support both entertaining and everyday family life, while the private spaces provide comfort, tranquility, and a sense of retreat above the city.
This project reflects my belief that luxury interior design is not defined solely by budget or materials, but by the ability to create a home with a genuine identity. A home that tells the story of its owners, reflects their personality, and offers a feeling that there is no other place quite like it—because it was created specifically for them.
