A Contemporary Butcher Shop with a Refined Industrial Character

The design of Eretz Basar in Rishon LeZion was developed around the connection between craftsmanship, freshness, and a carefully considered customer experience. The layout creates a clear and accessible retail environment, combining effective product display with a functional and comfortable workspace for the staff.

The material palette brings together stainless steel, glass, white tiles, dark metal, and warm-toned surfaces. The expressive stone flooring adds depth and elegance, balancing the industrial character of the professional equipment and display systems.

The sales counters were designed as a continuous central element, with transparent glass displays that create a direct visual connection between the customer and the products. Above them, a suspended shelving system presents complementary goods, makes effective use of the ceiling height, and adds a strong architectural layer to the space. Along the storefront, an open and flexible display system allows the presentation to adapt to changing products and commercial needs.

The lighting scheme highlights the sales areas, signage, and merchandise while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Custom-designed details, branding elements, and integrated signage reinforce the identity of Eretz Basar and transform the butcher shop into a distinctive, professional, and memorable retail environment.
